Atheist: Islam has killed millions. Science saves lives.
Muslim: Science is killing the entire planet with pollution.
Atheist: That’s just bad application of science.
Muslim: That’s just bad application of Islam.
[Both Islam & science are good and needed. No need to create a false dichotomy between the two. They have different scopes and purposes. Islam encourages beneficial science.]

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE GOOD AND KIND ADVISE TO NON-MUSLIMS, FOR ALLAH SAYS IN THE QURAN "INVITE (ALL) TO THE WAY OF YOUR LORD WITH WISDOM AND BEAUTIFUL PREACHING; AND ARGUE WITH THEM IN WAYS THAT ARE BEST AND MOST GRACIOUS: FOR YOUR LORD KNOWS BEST, WHO HAVE STRAYED FROM HIS PATH, AND WHO RECEIVE GUIDANCE." (AL-NAHL:125).
CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF, ISLAM DID NOT SEEK TO SPREAD THE FAITH THROUGH FORCED CONVERSION. ALLAH - ALMIGHTY - SAYS IN THE QURAN "THERE IS NO COMPULSION IN RELIGION. VERILY, THE RIGHT PATH HAS BECOME DISTINCT FROM THE WRONG PATH."(AL-BAQARAH:256). EVEN DURING THE EARLY DAYS OF ISLAM, LOCAL COMMUNITIES WERE FREE TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN WAY OF LIFE, PRACTICE THEIR FAITH, AND BE GOVERNED BY THEIR RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND LAWS. THE LIFE OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH) HAS UNDENIABLE EXAMPLES OF GOOD TREATMENT WITH NON-MUSLIMS " A JEWISH WHO USED TO SERVE THE PROPHET DID NOT SHOW UP ONE DAY. THE PROPHET WAS TROUBLED BY THE BOY'S ABSENCE, SO HE WENT TO HIS HOME TO VISIT HIM IN HIS ILLNESS. THE PROPHET LOOKED AT THE BOY WITH COMPASSION, SAD TO SEE HIM DYING AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE. THE PROPHET SAID "ACCEPT ISLAM". THE BOY'S FATHER SAID;" OBEY THE FATHER OF AL-QASIM. SAY WHAT MUHAMMAD IS TELLING YOU." HE SAID THESE WORDS WITH HIS FINAL BREATH."
ISLAM IS A RELIGION ESPOUSING THE UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD OF HUMANITY. IN FACT, ISLAM WAS SENT BY ALLAH AS A MERCY, COMPASSION AND PEACE TO MANKIND. THERE WILL BE NO STABILITY WITHOUT PEACEFUL COOPERATION AMONG MUSLIMS AND BETWEEN MUSLIMS AND PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. THE HISTORY OF ISLAM IS FULL OF GREAT STORIES ABOUT COOPERATION AMONG THE THREE FAITHS. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY, DEAR MUSLIMS, TO SHED LIGHT ON THE TOLERANCE AND MODERATION OF OUR FAITH.
ISLAM RECOGNIZES THAT HUMAN KIND HAS FREE CHOICE IN WHETHER TO OBEY OR DISOBEY GOD, BUT ULTIMATELY WE WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO GOD IN THE NEXT LIFE FOR THE CHOICES THAT WE MAKE IN THIS LIFE.

Islam oppose extremism & terrorism
Not in the Name of Islam ( No violence in Islam )
The Qur’an, Islam’s revealed text, states: "Whoever kills a person [unjustly]…it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved all mankind." (Quir’an, 5:32)
Prophet Muhammad said there is no excuse for committing unjust acts: "Do not be people without minds of your own, saying that if others treat you well you will treat them well, and that if they do wrong you will do wrong to them. Instead, accustom yourselves to do good if people do good and not to do wrong (even) if they do evil." (Al-Tirmidhi)
God mandates moderation in faith and in all aspects of life when He states in the Qur’an: “We made you to be a community of the middle way, so that (with the example of your lives) you might bear witness to the truth before all mankind.” (Qur’an, 2:143)
In another verse, God explains our duties as human beings when he says: “Let there arise from among you a band of people who invite to righteousness, and enjoin good and forbid evil.” (Qur’an, 3:104)
Islam teaches us to act in a caring manner to all of God's creation. The Prophet Muhammad, who is described in the Qur’an as “a mercy to the worlds” said: “All creation is the family of God, and the person most beloved by God (is the one) who is kind and caring toward His family."
In the light of the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah we clearly and strongly state:
1. All acts of terrorism targeting civilians are haram (forbidden) in Islam.
2. It is haram for a Muslim to cooperate with any individual or group that is involved in any act of terrorism or violence.
3. It is the civic and religious duty of Muslims to cooperate with law enforcement authorities to protect the lives of all civilians.
" Ignorance leads to fear, fear leads to hate, and hate leads to violence. This is the equation. "
DEAR MUSLIMS, ISLAM CALLS UPON US TO HAVE GOOD RELATIONS, SOUND UNDERSTANDING, AND PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE WITH ALL HUMAN BEINGS IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR FAITH, RACE OR NATIONALITY. INDEED, ALLAH - EXALTED - MADE THE NEED TO BE ACQUAINTED WITH OTHER NATIONALITIES AND RACES A NECESSITY
"O MANKIND! WE HAVE CREATED YOU FROM A MALE AND A FEMALE, AND MADE YOU INTO NATIONS AND TRIBES THAT YOU MAY KNOW ONE ANOTHER. VERILY, THE MOST HONORABLE OF YOU WITH ALLAH IS THAT (BELIEVER) WHO IS PIOUS. VERILY, ALLAH IS ALL-KNOWING, WELL-ACQUAINTED (WITH ALL THINGS)."(AL-HUJURAT:13).
