الحمد لله رب العالمين، القائل : ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالاً كَثِيراً وَنِسَاء وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءلُونَ بِهِ وَالأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيباً﴾ [ النساء : 1], والقائل سبحانه : ﴿فَهَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ أَن تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوا أَرْحَامَكُمْ﴾ [ محمد : 22]. Praise be to Allah who says which translates as: "O Mankind! Fear your Lord who created you from one soul and created from it it's mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women and fear Allah through whom you ask one another and the wombs, indeed Allah is ever over you An Observer" ( An-Nisa’: 1 ).   It is the will of Allah Subhanahu Wa Taala in His Mercy and Wisdom and Decree that the structure of humanity be based on maintaining and keeping good relations with kinship on the bas...
