How to deal with trials and tribulations of life.

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said: “How remarkable is the case of the believer! There is good for him in everything, but this is not the case for anyone except for the believer. When the believer receives any good, he is thankful to Allah, and gets a reward. And when some misfortune befalls him, he endures it patiently, for which he is (also)

rewarded.”

The trials in our life are a means to test our faith and obedience to Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) and earn rewards in this life and the next. Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) also says:

“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.” [Qur’an: Chapter 2, Verse 155]

This one verse should suffice us to bear all trials with patience as Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) Himself declares the forthcoming of good news to those who do so.

Our heart is the driving force for our bodies. When our heart is content, happy and filled with hope, life moves smoothly. However, trials are a part and parcel of life.

Let us now consider the following statement of a Muslim Scholar :

Mufti Menk : “ Always be thankful for all the struggles that come your way. Every struggle you had in your life shaped you into the person you are today. So don’t curse the hard times for they can only make you stronger and let you emerge the winner! “

فَنَادَىٰ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ أَن لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبۡحَـٰنَكَ إِنِّى ڪُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ (٨٧) فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُ ۥ وَنَجَّيۡنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَمِّ‌ۚ وَكَذَٲلِكَ نُـۨجِى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ (٨٨)

But he cried through the darkness (saying): Lâ ilâha illa Anta "There is no god but You Glorified (and Exalted) are You Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers." (87) Then we heard his prayer and delivered him from the distress:and thus do We deliver those who have faith.88

(21:87-88)

أنت أسعد الناس عندما تعلق قلبك بالله ..

عندما تكون مع الله يكن الله معك .. عندها تشعر بارتياح لأن الله معك

" لا تحزن إن الله معنا "

..إذا كان الله معك فمن يجرؤ أن يقف ضدك ؟

ثق بالله تماما ..

وأنه لا نافع ولا ضار إلا الله .. "

قل لن يصيبنا إلا ما كتب الله لنا هو مولانا "

ليكن شعارك في الحياة : يا الله

تقولها في كل لحظة ..

حتى يبقى اتصالك بالله مباشرا ..

الطفل الرضيع لا يعرف إلا أمه .. فينادي : أمي

والمستأنس بالله لا يعرف إلا ربه .. فينادي : يا الله !!!

The danger of disrespecting your parents

The Holy Prophet (S) said. “One who displeases the parents, (it is as if) he has displeased Allah. One who angers both his parents (it is as if) he has angered Allah.” Elsewhere, it is mentioned, “One who hurts his parents, hurts me and one who hurts me has hurt Allah.
