Why me? Why is this happening to me? What did I do? Why do believers have to suffer while those who’re less religious have everything they want? What’s the point? Where is the wisdom? Where is the mercy?”
So many questions go through people’s minds when they’re facing a difficulty.
But Allah doesn’t leave our quests unanswered. He sent us messages, He sent us Messengers and He sent us those who go through what we go through (or even worse) so that we learn, grow, remain steadfast and keep moving gracefully towards Him until we meet Him!
“There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur’an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.” (Qur’an 12:111)

We need to read Quran , learn about prophets inspiring stories that will uplift us , strengthen our faith and teach us how to deal with difficult situations that we may encounter during our life time .
Mankind is in dire need of learning the virtue of patience , forgiveness , compassion and love for the wellbeing of all humanity Muslims and non Muslims alike , only by practicing these noble Islamic values, peace can be achieved in the world . How dire is their need for mercy and compassion that can alleviate the sufferings of the distressed and the oppressed ones! Mankind is actually in need of mercy especially in this age that mutual compassion has been relegated to the background and people no longer hear the cries of suffering children and old people but hear only the language of force and arrogance. Allaah says, “O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allaah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and forgive you your sins. Whoever obeys Allaah and His Messenger has indeed made a great achievement.” (Al-Ahzaab: 70-71).
All humans descend from Adam and Eve. In that sense, we are all essentially brothers and sisters in our humanity. Our differing colours and diversity is not there to cause division but as a method of recognising one another. Such traits do not elevate a person’s status but rather our status with God is based on our level of piety and righteousness. In a further verse from the Qur’an:
"And amongst his signs is the creation of heaven and the earth, and the diversity of your language and colours; Verily, in these are signs for those who have knowledge."
The Qur’an, Chapter 30, Verse 22Let us be a voice for peace , let us always remain united against racism and bigotry. The Qur’an, Chapter 30, Verse 22 know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. The Quran states:“O mankind, We have created you all from a single (pair of a) male and female and made you nations and tribes so that you get to know one another; verily, the noblest of you in the sight of God is the one who is most mindful of Him. God is All-Knowing, All-Aware.” Quran: 49:13
